My client are a successful and thriving family run business based in Castle Donington. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to lead and execute their marketing strategy. This individual will oversee brand consolidation and growth, website management, content creation, lead generation, and the expansion of the product portfolio to drive brand awareness and business growth. The Marketing Executive will focus on core markets—public sector and education—while also spearheading initiatives to break into the private sector.

- Implementing and managing the marketing calendar
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Website management - writing copy, keeping products updated and liaising with external web company.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns inline with business sales strategy
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth
- You will be an experienced Marketing professional used to working at Exec level, with the desire and potential to step up into a Managerial role.
- The successful candidate will be happy working in a small team, where flexibility and willingness to be 'hands on' is important.
- We are looking for a positive, friendly and committed individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to self motivate.
