Job Description

My client are seeking a customer service administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time, term time only basis.

The Role:
 
  • Constant monitoring of the main email inbox, filtering out orders and queries.

  • Processing customer orders through an inhouse system. 

  • Assess, analyse and cross check order details as they are processed

  • Support the Sales Team to maintain & improve our ordering process whilst having
  • confidence to communicate with customers clearly via telephone and email

  • Extensive use of the scanner for sales and warehouse documents

  • Daily communication with the Customer Experience Manager to keep updated of orders that
    come in and any issues in processing.
The Candidate:
 
  • We are looking for a candidate with strong multi-tasking skills who is able to process large amounts of data. 
  • You will be a strong communicator and team player.
  • Good IT skills are crucial along with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
