Our client, based close to Melton Mowbray, is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. Our client is happy to consider graduates with a relevant degree for this role or alternatively someone with experience in a similar role already.£23,000 - £25,000
Monday to Friday, office based.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor - The Role:
- Estimating upcoming projects including take off and pricing exercises.
- Managing commercial aspects of live projects including applications for payment/ tracking and estimating changes.
- Assisting a small office team with administrative duties.
- Keeping the system up to date
- Either a relating degree or some experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Eager to learn
- Able to work in a small team
