Job Description

My client, who are a long standing expert in their market, are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team, representing their brand and providing a high level of support to their valued, national customer base.
 
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8am - 4:15pm. 
 
Customer Service Executive - The Role:
  • Acting as a first point of contact you will be;
  • Answering customer telephone calls and emails, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
  • Resolving queries in a timely manner, in a fast paced environment. 
  • Recording queries and resolutions accurately on the internal system to allow us to monitor our performance. 
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers
  • Supporting Account Managers – communicating effectively to achieve excellence for our customers. 
Customer Service Executive - The Candidate:
  • Working as part of a small and friendly team, you will bring positive energy and enthusiasm and have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. 
  • We are looking for a candidate who wants to learn and has a curious mindset. 
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work to deadlines. 
  • An understanding of Microsoft packages and the ability to learn a new systems is important along with strong attention to detail.
