Legal Secretary - Litigation

Job Description

Our supportive and reputable client are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to their Litigation department in Coventry on a full-time, permanent basis.
 
You will support the department through duties including, but not limited to:
 
  • Audio typing from dictation
  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Liaising with clients in person and via telephone
  • Taking messages
  • Other appropriate ad-hoc duties to support the department
You will have experience as a Legal Secretary, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. You will enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude to work.
