Job Description

My client, a Coventry based firm, are seeking a Legal Cashier to join their team on a permanent basis.

Legal Cashier- The Role:
· Bank reconciliation
· Arranging transfers to and from designated deposit accounts
· Dealing with internal and external enquiries
· Keeping client confidentiality at all times
· Investigate and correct any queries/errors
· Purchase and sales ledger
· Dealing with petty cash
· Interest calculations
· Liaising with Banks and other suppliers
· Processing payments

Legal Cashier- The Candidate:
· Excellent organisational skills
· Attention to detail
· Able to work as a team
· IT Literate
· Work under pressure
· Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
