We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to join our client based in Melton Mowbray on a full time, permanent basis.

- Manage fleet maintenance and ensure services and repairs are scheduled
- Ensure warranties are kept in date
- Manage fleet budget and monitor costs
- Monitor driver behaviour and offer coaching and mentoring where necessary
- Experience in a similar role
- Tractor based, forestry, agricultural, construction or plant equipment experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
