- You will support both colleagues and suppliers with administrative duties
- You will obtain quotes for fleet vehicles and compile repair invoices
- Create invoices for repairs
- Monitor vehicle usage through company systems
- Communicate effectively with collegaues and suppliers
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft applications
- Strong communication skills
