Our client are flexible on experience and do not need office experience, personality and work ethic are important to them.

£22,900 basic salary + bonus

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:

• Handling customer enquiries over telephone and email.
• Assisting customers from start to finish.
• Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
• Recording and updating details on the system.
• Administrative duties.

Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate:

• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, conscientious, and reliable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
