£22,900 basic salary + bonus

- Handling customer enquiries over telephone and email.
- Assisting customers from start to finish.
- Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
- Recording and updating details on the system.
- Administrative duties.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, conscientious, and reliable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
