Job Description

My client are a market leader in their field who are experience an exciting period of growth. As a result, they are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Consultant to work closely with their Business Development Managers in pre-sales.
 
The Role:

• Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process by understanding customer
requirements and designing solutions.
• Be the solution expert on video / conference calls and face to face meetings.
• Perform solution demos for the sales team.
• Tailor demos to the customer requirements.
• Respond accurately and promptly to customers.
• Prioritise emails, meetings and tasks.
• Practice continuous learning and keep up to date on business practices.
 
The Candidate: 

• Experience of working face to face with prospects and customers.
• Be resilient, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Ability to demonstrate solutions to prospects and customers confidently.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
• Have the ability to explain technical specifications and product functionality to C-Suite executives.
• Willing to travel.
