Sales Coordinator - The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for certain customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and providing an exceptional service
- Building relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records and customer interactions on the portal
- Occasionally visiting clients and attending events
- Liaising with internal departments
- Experience in a similar role
- A proactive approach and ability to build good relationships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate
