Warehouse Manager

Alfreton, Derbyshire

Kirkland Associates are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our clients team based in Alfreton, Derbyshire. Working within the electrical industry, having experience in a similar industry would be advantageous.

Warehouse Manager - the role:

Oversee daily operations within the warehouse
Manage operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
Supervise the warehouse team, responsible for H&S, training & appraisals
Ensure a safe & clean working environment
Constantly review and implement new working practices

Warehouse Manager - the candidate:

Experienced working within a stores/warehouse environment
Demonstrated the ability to motivate & manage people
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Electrical stores background (desirable)
Have a sound knowledge of electrical products (desirable)
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
