Kirkland Associates are seeking a Civil Engineering Estimator to join our clients team based close to Ripley, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in pricing and tendering for major civil engineering projects, ensuring cost-effective and accurate estimates.
Estimator - The role
- Prepare accurate cost estimates & manage tender processes
- Collaborate with engineers, designers and site teams
- Review technical specifications
- Develop & maintain relationships with clients
- Proven experience as an estimator in construction or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in construction/estimating software (ie Trimble, MS Project)
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications
- Willing to travel within the British Isles as required
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
