Kirkland Associates are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Test Engineer who enjoys varied work covering a wide range of mechanical disciplines. If you have an engineering background, excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of mechanical principles then this is an opportunity for you.

Mechanical Test Engineer - The role

• Execute testing protocols to assess the functionality and performance of mechanical systems
• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained
• Document and communicate test results within the DART system
• Assist with repairs & returns when necessary
• Some testing of simple electrical units

Mechanical Test Engineer - The candidate

• Previous experience in mechanical testing, quality assurance, or a similar role would be advantageous
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and diagnose faults
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience (desirable)
