Job Description
Our leading client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Parts Advisor to join their parts team. Our client is looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive who can work on their own initiative. You must be happy speaking to customers over phone and via email.Monday to Friday day time hours, early finish on Fridays.
23 days + bank holidays
28k + annual profit related bonus
Parts Advisor – The Role:
- Receiving orders and providing quotations
- Assisting customers with parts selection
- Picking and packing and preparation of goods
- Timely and accurate dispatch of goods
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Using the computerised stock system
- General stores duties and inventory management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- A knowledge of stock systems and basic Excel skills
- Experience in Engineering products beneficial but not essential
- FLT experience beneficial but not essential, company will provide training if not.
- Good telephone manner
- Good practical skills
- Happy to work some overtime if needed.
- Some heavy lifting is involved.
