Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our fantastic client in the Clay Cross area. This is a temp role to begin with but will turn permanent for the right person. Previous experience is not required, our client is happy to consider school leavers or candidates from the hospitality and retail sectors, as long as you have a great attitude and work hard. 

Monday to Friday
Starting salary in line with national minimum wage.

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
  • To provide admin support to the team
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with customers via email and telephone in a timely manner 
  • Resolving queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
  • Managing the inbox 
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve enquiries 
Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate:
  • IT literate
  • Quick to learn
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Excellent attention to detail
