Job Description
Our Derby client seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive & Customer Trainer to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. This role combines delivering outstanding customer support with training customers to maximise the value of their products/services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success, increasing retention, and enhancing brand loyalty.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns, delivering exceptional support via email, phone, and live chat.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and working with internal teams to drive enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Customer Training:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) to enhance product adoption.
- Continuously refine training programmes based on customer feedback and product updates.
- Proven experience in a similar customer experience position
- Experience delivering training to internal or external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- Experience in creating training content and delivering engaging presentations.
