My client, who are a thriving business, are seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to join their Customer Success team as a Customer Experience Executive.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers providing an aftercare service making sure customers needs are met by providing additional coaching, training and guidance throughout.
- Answering customer queries and escalating as necessary to the appropriate department
- Proactively suggest improvements and solutions to customers
- Update the CRM system with customer feedback and information
- Liaise regularly with customers to ensure they are getting full optimisation of the software
- Build long term relationships with customers
- Build business plans with customers long term
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment with some experience of training.
- Excellent client care skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to manage relationships
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise workload
- Work in a fast paced environment
- IT Literate- Microsoft Office
- Technically minded and an interest in IT would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel when required.
