Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our clients friendly team based close to Hilton. This role will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating smooth sales processes, and ensuring excellent communication with clients.

This is a part time role, approx. 4 days a week. Our client can be flexible on specific hours. 
£26,000 full time salary, pro rata for part time hours.
Permanent role.

Sales Administrator - The Role:
  • Producing quotations for customers and processing orders on the system.
  • Ensure all order-related documentation is completed and processed correctly.
  • Handling customer enquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services and order status.
  • Building relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Maintaining the sales database to ensure accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the company’s products and services.
  • Liaising with internal departments.
Sales Administrator - The Candidate:
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Positive, "can-do" mindset
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
