Job Description

We have a really exciting opportunity to join our Nottingham based client as a Customer Service Leader. This is a fantastic time to join them as they are going through a period of growth. Our client can offer full training and a modern and supportive work environment.

The Role:
  • Coach, support and mentor a small customer service team
  • Work alongside the customer service team and be first point of contact for customers
  • Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times 
  • Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service 
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues and build relationships 
  • Deal with onboarding, absences and training
The Candidate: 

  • Experience in a similar customer service management/ Team leader role 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Personable and friendly 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Organised and able to juggle a busy workload
  • Flexibility to work 1 sunday in 4
