Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team in Alfreton. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Alfreton
Salary: £25,000 
4 shifts on 4 shifts off, 6am-5pm / 1pm-12am

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, friendly, and helpful assistance with all enquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to repairs, maintenance, and service bookings, ensuring clear communication and accurate information is provided.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring that solutions are found quickly and efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests, breakdowns, and any ongoing issues, keeping them informed and reassured.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth resolution of any customer cases, ensuring all information is shared and acted upon promptly.
  • Handle customer feedback, both positive and negative, and ensure it is recorded and acted upon.
  • Follow up with customers after their service has been completed to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
The Candidate:
  • Availability to work 4 days on and 4 days off, providing flexibility to meet business needs.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent support and solutions to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact centre or service-based environment.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and efficiently.
