Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our leading clients in the Uxbridge area. We are looking for driven and motivated candidates to join our client’s customer service team, you will have office based customer service or account management experience and a passion for customer service. Our client can offer long term support and progression within the business and want someone to start with them on a full time, permanent basis.
  
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + monthly bonus

Customer Service Advisor- The Role
  • Resolve customer issues using ticketing system 
  • Answering customer calls 
  • Diary Management - Speaking to engineers to book site jobs and update systems.
  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and email and Whatsapp business.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers 
  • Resolve any customer issues and ensure case is dealt with from start to finish
  
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate
  • 3+ year experience in an office environment
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • You must have phone-based customer service experience
  • Able to learn and understand technical jargon
  • We are looking for a competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
  • You will have confident IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
  
 We cannot consider candidates from retail or hospitality unless you have office based customer service experience too. This role might suit someone looking to move away from a telesales or sales role.
