Customer Service Administrator – Ripley £26,500 | Monday to Friday | Office-Based
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our market-leading client based in Ripley. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team within a growing business that takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the end-to-end customer journey – from processing orders and handling enquiries, to providing bespoke quotations and ensuring complete satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong IT proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
The Role:
Accurately process customer orders using SAP, maintaining precise data entry.
Liaise with internal departments to confirm product availability and timelines.
Interpret client design briefs and develop visual presentations using CAD tools to communicate bespoke product concepts.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders and queries.
Handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored product solutions.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
Support the sales team with quotations and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiencies.
The Candidate:
Proven experience in customer service, sales administration, or order processing
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
Understanding of production or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with SAP and/or CAD is desirable, though not essential.
