Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for driven and motivated candidates to join our clients customer service team. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a company who are leaders in their field and are going through a period of expansion. This role is a good mixture of customer service and account management. Our client can offer long term support and progression within the business and want someone to start with them on a full time, permanent basis.
  
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + monthly bonus

Customer Service Administrator - The Role
  • Resolve customer issues using ticketing system 
  • Answering customer calls 
  • Diary Management - Speaking to engineers to book site jobs and update systems.
  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and email and Whatsapp business.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers 
  • Resolve any customer issues and ensure case is dealt with from start to finish
 Customer Service Administrator  - The Candidate
  • 3+ year experience in an office environment
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • You must have phone-based customer service experience
  • Able to learn and understand technical jargon
  • We are looking for a competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
  • You will have confident IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
  
 We cannot consider candidates from retail or hospitality unless you have office based customer service experience too. This role might suit someone looking to move away from a telesales or sales role.
