Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional to join our Ilkeston based client on a full time, permanant basis. This is an exciting time to join as they are expanding and going through a period of growth. Our client will provide full training.

Salary: 
£21,000 (rising after probation)
  • Monday-Friday 9-5

Customer Service Advisor - The Role:
  • Manage customer and client enquires via the phone and email
  • Process orders 
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Update database accordingly 
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Liaise with various departments and third party organisations  
  • Follow up customer orders and issues.
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Able to juggle busy workload 
  • IT literate 
  • Organisation skills 
  • Friendly and confident telephone manner
