Customer Service Administrator - Health and Fitness

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and unlock opportunities!  This is an exciting time to join them as they have recently opened their Uxbridge office and are going through a period of expansion. Our client is looking for professional, friendly and motivated candidates to join their team on a full time basis. Office based Monday-Thursday, Fridays at home.
£25,000 basic salary + monthly company wide bonus 

The Role...

• Processing customer orders 
• Providing quotes 
• Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and Whatsapp Business 
• You will keep customers updated on orders including any delays etc. 

About you...

• You must have customer service experinece 
• Office based experience 
• You must have excellent communcation skills 
• You must be ambitious and want to progress 
• An interest in health, fitness and wellness is desirable
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
