We are looking for a professional and reliable customer service professional to join our Burton based client. You support customers through their order process, keeping them up to date throughout. You will have excellent communication skills and have experinece working in a similar role.

- Providing product information and advising customers products.
- Keeping customers up to date on product availability
- Providing accurate and updated quotes
- Keeping track of delivery and lead times
- Processing invoices and asking any relevant queries
- General admin
- Experience in a similar customer service/ sales admin/ sales support role
- Friendly and reliable
- Team player
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages
- Able to work to deadlines
