My client are a reputable and supportive Law Firm in Coventry. They're looking to appoint an experienced Paralegal into their busy Conveyancing department in Coventry on a full-time, permanent basis.
Up to £28,000 depending on experience
Conveyancing Paralegal - The Role
You will support the Team Leader and wider department through duties including:
- Managing your own caseload,
- Title checking,
- Raising enquiries, reviewing, and producing reports,
- Checking mortgage offers,
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties,
- Other duties as appropriate to help colleagues
Conveyancing Paralegal - Person Specification
- Experience in a busy Conveyancing department
- Experience with managing a caseload of sale, purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity files
- Confident and positive attitude towards work
- Strong organisation skills
- Good initiative to work with minimal supervision
