Conveyancer – The Role

• Run your own caseload of residential property files (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, etc.)
• Provide expert legal advice and maintain regular client contact
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensure all transactions meet compliance and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a high-performing, client-focused service

Conveyancer – The Candidate

• Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in using case management systems
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer – or experienced Paralegal (qualification not essential if experience is strong)
