Job Description

My client, based in Leicestershire, are seeking a full-time Conveyancer to join their busy property team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages
Conduct title searches and review property records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction -
Facilitate the transfer of funds and documents between parties
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction

The Candidate:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Problem-solving skills to address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the process
