Job Description

My client are a thriving family run business based in Castle Donington. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small, friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fully office based role. 
 
The Role:
  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries both by telephone and email, providing assistance where possible and escalating if necessary. 
  • Processing customer orders accurately. 
  • Keeping customer information up to date.
  • Any other administrative tasks to support the running of a busy Sales office. 
 
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a customer focused administration role
  • Good general IT skills
  • A confident communicator
  • A team player
  • A positive work ethic
