My client, who are a leading law firm, are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our Nottingham based client. Reporting to the Business Development Director the successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through business development activities. Although not essential, it is preferable that this person comes from a professional services background.

- Assisting in identifying target markets and potential clients, carrying out background research and keeping the database updated.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunity and report
- Identify growth opportunities for the Firm.
- Generate new business leads for the Firm.
- Establish a strong network to support regional/national growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing intermediaries.
- Develop more work opportunities from existing business relationships for the Firm.
- Demonstrable success in business development, within a commercial/professional services environment.
- Able to use Social Media
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident, resilient and determined.
- A team player, with the ability to manage and motivate both upwards and downwards.
- Outstanding relationship building and people management skills - a prolific networker.
