We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and experience in invoice processing and cost handling. This is a fast-paced role, so the ability to thrive in a demanding customer-focused environment while working under pressure is essential.
Monday-Friday, 9-5 or 8-4. Office based.
The Role:
Manage and process invoices accurately, ensuring proper documentation and timely payment.
Utilize CRM systems to update and maintain customer records, track communications, and generate reports as required.
Provide general administrative support to team members, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Engage with customers in a professional and efficient manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely way.
Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and ordering office supplies.
The Candidate:
Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in invoice processing and cost handling, is essential.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
