Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator to join one of our leading client in Bingham. This is a great opportunity to join a company who can offer lots of progression and a supportive working environment. This is a fast paced and busy role, we are looking for an experienced administrator with strong communication and IT skills.

£27-30k

The Role: 
  • Process purchase orders 
  • Provide accurate quotes for customers 
  • Manage shared inboxes and answer phone calls 
  • Liaise with couriers to arrange deliveries 
  • General admin
  • Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times 
  • Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service 

  About you...  
  • Experience in an admin/ customer service role
  • Strong IT skills - able to pick up new systems 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Flexibility on weekends 
  • Friendly, personable and bubbly
  • Keen to learn and develop skills 
  • Admin experience
