Administrator 
 
Our Derby based client are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well established company who can offer long term progression. Please note you must have a full manual driving license.

Administrator - The Candidate 
  • Great organisational skills
  • Admin experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Full driving licence 
  • IT Literate 
  • Willing to learn 
Administrator - The Role 
  • Organise and coordinate diaries 
  • General administrative duties - photocopying, post 
  • Oversee and maintain company fleet - ensure all vehicles are serviced and records are accurate 
  • Be first point of contact for visitors 
  • Book relevant courses for employees.
  • Oversee the building and any issues
