Our client is a very well-established, ambitious Firm currently going through a period of growth, who are currently looking for a New Business Co-ordinator based in Derby. Our client is looking for someone who will continue to help the business grow. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, sales experience would also be advantageous.

New Business Co-ordinator - The Role:

  • Produce Conveyancing quotes to potential clients
  • Maintaining and promptly updating the database and spreadsheets
  • Ensuring the correct fee scale is used for quotes
  • Within the same day forward all quotes to the correct department
  • Provide communication by phone, email and face to face to potential clients in a professional, polite friendly manner
  • Focussed on securing business for the Firm
  • Deal with online enquiries and quotation requests on the website- liaising closely with the marketing manager
  • Ensure confidentiality of all practice and client documentation
  • Promote the Firm wherever possible
  • Carry out any other additional duties needed
  • Converting enquires to appointment bookings
  • Being the first point of contact for clients across the Firm

New Business Co-ordinator- The Candidate:

  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills- over the phone
