Our client is looking for a high calibre candidate who will be happy and driven to source new business leads and work with the team to build the company’s already solid client base. This is NOT a high-pressured targeted role.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can hit the ground running as there is an existing pipeline of business to pick up. Our client is very proud of the outstanding service which they offer to their customers so it is important that you can carry this on.

This is a full-time role offering a basic salary + commission, initially you will be office based however once Covid restrictions are lifted this will become a Field based position where you will be visiting clients on a daily basis, therefore you should be happy to work in a Field based role.

Business Development Manager- The Role:

  • Prospecting and sourcing new business leads
  • Managing your business pipeline
  • Using the CRM system to contact new and existing clients
  • Visit clients to secure sales and attend networking events to prospect
  • Work with internal teams and prepare different sales materials
  • Prepared detailed pipeline forecasts
  • Take a consultative approach to sales
  • Nurture pre-existing client relationships and build long term relationships with new clients

Business Development Manager- The Candidate:

Industry experience is not necessary, but previous experience in a Business Development/New Business/Sales role is essential, ideally in a technical environment
