Kirkland Associates currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client based in Derby. This is a full time permanent position that is a mix of working from home, in the office and in the field too. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional business who are going through a period of expansion.

There is a basic salary on offer with OTE of £45k so there is some great earning potential. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in document composition solutions and/or the print industry.

Business Development Manager- The Role:
You will be focussing on winning New Business for the company, mainly liaising with clients over the phone and email.

• Following up leads and closing sales
• Setting up meetings
• Keep the CRM system up to date
• Cross and upsell any other relevant services and solutions

Business Development Manager - The Candidate:

• Experience within Document Software
• Confident in dealing with customers over the phone
• Highly motivated to work to targets
• Can work independently
• Use initiative to complete work
