Appointment Maker- The Role:

  • Book appointments for field-based sales team to visit  
  • Make outbound B2B calls
  • Achieve group and individual targets
  • Build effective relationships with service team to reduce time taken to solve issues
  • Answer inbound calls and deal with accordingly
  • Administrative tasks such as completing sales paperwork
  • Logging call activity on the computer systems
  • Reflect conversations had with clients accurately to field-based team for appointments
  • Upsell products to existing customers

Appointment Maker- The Candidate:

  • Work closely with the appointment making team
  • Be targeted driven and want to overachieve on goals
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Be able to work independently unsupervised
  • Driven and motivated to create leads
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Professional manner at all times
  • IT Literate
