Kirkland Associates are currently working with a professional and well established firm based in Coventry as they require an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support in a busy Wills and Probate department.
- Typing correspondence to clients including letters, emails and documentation.
- Providing diary management and arranging appointments for the team.
- Dealing with client enquiries and assisting where appropriate
- Distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Use of the firms case management system
- Providing general administrative work to include, filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Previous experience as a legal secretary
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to prioritise work accordingly.
