Legal Secretary -- Wills, Trusts and Probate

Job Description

Kirkland Associates are currently working with a professional and well established firm based in Coventry as they require an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support in a busy Wills and Probate department. 

Principal Duties:
  • Typing correspondence to clients including letters, emails and documentation.
  • Providing diary management and arranging appointments for the team.
  • Dealing with client enquiries and assisting where appropriate 
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing post.
  • Use of the firms case management system
  • Providing general administrative work to include, filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
Candidate specification:
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to prioritise work accordingly.
