Kirkland Associates are currently working with a great Law firm in Coventry who are looking for a Conveyancing Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is a great role for someone who has an interest working in Conveyancing. The successful candidate will be able to join a modern firm who are currently going through a period of expansion so there are definitely long term career opportunities involved.

Conveyancing Administrator- The Role:

  • Open all new Conveyancing files and add to case management system
  • Assist with the initial admin and setting up of new Conveyancing cases
  • Assist with telephone calls and enquiries
  • Send paperwork off and checking that its completed correctly
  • Money laundering checks
  • All details are correct and on the system
  • Assist Legal Secretary’s with typing as and when needed

Conveyancing Administrator- The Candidate:

  • Previous experience/knowledge of Conveyancing
  • High attention detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Professional communication skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Highly organised and good time management skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
