Our client is a modern firm in Coventry who are looking for an Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for a practically minded candidate who will use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of the office, you must be flexible and be happy to take on a range of tasks.
There is basic salary on offer of £19k and a chance to join a forward thinking, friendly firm.
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must be able to drive as travel between sites is required
Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant- The Role:
- Manual handling, transporting files to different offices
- Helping with refurbishments, moving furniture/desks
- Reception/switchboard cover when required
- Processing post
- Photocopying and scanning of documents
- Supporting holiday and sickness pay paperwork
- Travel between offices to help with tasks needed at all sites
- Send out marketing bulletins
- General administrative tasks and filing
- Reorganisation and shredding of files
Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant- The Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administration is ideal
- Practically minded
- Ability to “think on your feet” to solve issues
- Willingness to complete any task given
- Eye for detail
- Happy to be manually handling furniture/files
- Responsible
- IT Literate
- Confident telephone manner
