Job Description

Our client is a modern firm in Coventry who are looking for an Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for a practically minded candidate who will use their initiative to ensure the smooth running of the office, you must be flexible and be happy to take on a range of tasks.

There is basic salary on offer of £19k and a chance to join a forward thinking, friendly firm.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate must be able to drive as travel between sites is required

Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant- The Role:

  • Manual handling, transporting files to different offices
  • Helping with refurbishments, moving furniture/desks
  • Reception/switchboard cover when required
  • Processing post
  • Photocopying and scanning of documents
  • Supporting holiday and sickness pay paperwork
  • Travel between offices to help with tasks needed at all sites
  • Send out marketing bulletins
  • General administrative tasks and filing
  • Reorganisation and shredding of files

Office Administrator and Facilities Assistant- The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administration is ideal
  • Practically minded
  • Ability to “think on your feet” to solve issues
  • Willingness to complete any task given
  • Eye for detail
  • Happy to be manually handling furniture/files
  • Responsible
  • IT Literate
  • Confident telephone manner
