Kirkland Associates are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant/Senior Administrator to join our fantastic client who is based in Coventry. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, this is a varied role which requires the ideal candidate to use their initiative well to support the Office Manager.

HR Assistant/Senior Administrator- The Role
- All aspects of HR Administration
- Collecting references
- Monitoring holidays and arranging temporary cover if required
- Composing all forms of HR correspondence/documentation
- Arranging interviews and induction packs
- General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and copying
- Populate the HR database
- Booking and upkeeping of meeting rooms
- Provide administrative support to the office manager
- Ensure confidentiality is kept with all information and documentation
HR Assistant/Senior Administrator- The Candidate
- Efficiently carry out a range of administrative duties with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritise own workload
- Very good IT knowledge with use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to take on additional task to help the office run efficiently
- Excellent staff liaison skills
