Kirkland Associates are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant/Senior Administrator to join our fantastic client who is based in Coventry. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, this is a varied role which requires the ideal candidate to use their initiative well to support the Office Manager.

HR Assistant/Senior Administrator- The Role

  • All aspects of HR Administration
  • Collecting references
  • Monitoring holidays and arranging temporary cover if required
  • Composing all forms of HR correspondence/documentation
  • Arranging interviews and induction packs
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and copying
  • Populate the HR database
  • Booking and upkeeping of meeting rooms
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager
  • Ensure confidentiality is kept with all information and documentation

HR Assistant/Senior Administrator- The Candidate

  • Efficiently carry out a range of administrative duties with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritise own workload
  • Very good IT knowledge with use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to take on additional task to help the office run efficiently
  • Excellent staff liaison skills
