Job Description

My client are World market leaders in their field. They are seeking a Planning/Installation Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

  • To ensure that every project is completed within the budget and timescales that are assigned to each project.Ensure the customer and all relevant internal and external parties are fully informed about the plan and every stage of the process
  • Liaise with factories to and ensure test materials and tools are sent in advance.
  • Make sure transport / offloading resource is booked in advance, within budget and notification of deliveries are sent for every delivery.

Key skills required:
- Must have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent multi-tasking capability and able to manage multiple projects to a professional standard
- Excellent customer service skills & professional telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office essential ( Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM system would be advantageous
- Strong problem solving skills / lateral thinking ability required
- Team player, but also be able to operate under own initiative
- Experience in Transport / Logistics would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience/ Qualification in Project Managing would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience dealing with Importing and Exporting would be advantageous but not essential.
