Customer Service Manager - The Role:
- Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
- Investigating customers problems and handling complaints
- Running reports and analysing data
- Implementing new procedures and policies to improve the customer service team
- Improving customer service standards
- Managing and monitoring a small team
Customer Service Manager - The Candidate:
- Must have office based customer service experience
- Have a positive and can do attitude towards work
- Have a flexible approach to work and willing to learn
- Good communication skills must be confident speaking to customers
- Forward thinking and proactive
- Have good organisational and IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
