Our Castle Donington based client are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join their friendly office environment due to undergoing a period of expansion. They are looking for an experienced candidate who can implement new ideas and ways to improve.

Customer Service Manager - The Role:

  • Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • Investigating customers problems and handling complaints
  • Running reports and analysing data
  • Implementing new procedures and policies to improve the customer service team
  • Improving customer service standards
  • Managing and monitoring a small team

Customer Service Manager - The Candidate:

  • Must have office based customer service experience
  • Have a positive and can do attitude towards work
  • Have a flexible approach to work and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills must be confident speaking to customers
  • Forward thinking and proactive
  • Analytical
  • Have good organisational and IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
