Customer Service Advisor – The Vacancy

· Inbound and outbound calls to customers to process orders and deal with and questions and queries.

· Work towards SLAs to make sure deadlines are met

· Follow up communication via email

· Working with other departments to ensure a high level of service is achieved

· Develop knowledge of clients and contracts

· Assessing own development opportunities and creating development plans to improve personal performance.
