Job Description

Our client are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. They are leaders in their field and have a brilliant reputation with customers, currently undergoing a period of expansion. Attitude and personal attributes are the most important factors to our client. You must be hardworking and driven with a positive approach to work. 

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm + 1 Saturday a month.
Basic salary £18,900, OTE 25k - 30k.

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries.
  • Calling customers after they have made an enquiry.
  • Assisting customers from start to finish in a quick timescale.
  • Achieving individual targets whilst working as part of a team.
  • Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
  • Recording and updating details on the system.

  • Good telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Punctual, conscientious and reliable.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
