Job Description

Our client are leaders in their field and are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team in Castle Donington. You will be part of a team where you are the initial point of contact for customers calling or emailing orders, enquiries and asking advice on a range of products.

 The Role:

  • Receiving orders and following up enquiries
  • Providing quotations
  • Processing orders on Sage
  • Raising invoices
  • Liaising with technical support to find solutions for customers
  • Booking engineers
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Live Chat
