Job Description

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

 

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email, responding effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times
  • Processing orders on the system in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Providing quotations
  • Invoicing
  • Running reports
  • Liaising with internal departments

 

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude
