Our well-established client are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and friendly team in a modern office environment. Our client are very passionate about customer satisfaction which has led them to being highly successful and leaders in their field. They are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who has experience in a similar office based role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
Sales Administrator – The Role:
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email, responding effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times
- Processing orders on the system in an accurate and efficient manner
- Providing quotations
- Running reports
- Liaising with internal departments
Sales Administrator – The Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude
